About
Tribe Eleven is the creative voice of Melissa Lee, an intuitive artist who moved from the corporate world to immerse in her lifelong relationship with creativity and art as a way to quieten an overactive mind and process a world which had often stopped making sense.
The intricate geometric beauty of cymatics - the study of sound made visible - combined with her fascination with sacred geometry and love of mandala flow, drives Melissa's deep passion for expressing the language of patterns, fractals and geometry as found throughout the natural world. She works intuitively, allowing the patterns and threads of each artwork to emerge organically to their own design.
Tribe Eleven explores sacred geometry, cosmology and sound as practical and spiritual tools for processing experience and finding orientation in a society that can sometimes feel illogical or disharmonious. This embodied, intuitive artwork offers a bridge between the “woo woo” and the “real world”, an invitation to witness the invisible patterns and structures that quietly govern existence beneath the appearance of chaos in human life.
Tribe Eleven art opens space at the intersection of logic and intuition, allowing room even in the most analytical minds for the potential of resonance, frequency, and geometry to influence the human experience and act as pathways toward healing.
“Music is liquid architecture. Architecture is frozen music”
