Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy practice that promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and alignment on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
The practitioner works intuitively with your energy field, encouraging the body to release tension and return to its natural state of ease. Many people experience a deep sense of calm, warmth, and stillness and leave feeling grounded, restored, and quietly renewed. Sessions are held at the Southport treatment room.
