Join Wings of Aum and Tribe Eleven for this 2 hour workshop introducing cymatics and taking participants on a crystal bowl sound journey through the energy centres.
Participants are guided through gentle visualisation of sound and invited to express the different frequencies through visual art exercises.
Held on the sacred grounds of Elevation Retreat Space, this information-packed workshop closes with a 20 minute crystal bowl sound healing for alignment and integration.
